There have always been young girls/women with big asses. Some even grossly so. Then there's implants, shots,and Photo shopped examples out there. Also there's genetics to consider. The OP is either an implant gone bad or photo shopped. When these younger women get older their big arse turns into cottage cheese. Not all but most. Genetics, diet and exercise can delay this.
