Nobody cares enough to “prove you wrong”. That’s a stupid saying. And it’s annoying.

Apparently, a few people did, otherwise there would be no replies disagreeing with me. Got eat your Moon Pie and get some sleep.

As for those who say Rickles, he was great and had a long career. Greg was in his prime and if he left us way too soon. Some of roasts were legendary and is constantly quoted for specific jokes in this thread. Where are all the famous zingers from Rickles? Internet still exists; you can google his best lines. Also, Greg died in 2010, Rickles lived until 2017.

That is the reason Greg Giraldo is the goat.

Nailed it. His last Netflix special was a bore. Ten minutes of it was repeating, "how he knows the people" long pause and then eventually finds someone in the audience to make fun of.

He was great in the Brady roast but the funniest person in his last special was this dude.

"Warren, what the hell are you doing here, holy shite. Warren was, he was great on Dancing with the Stars. He came in second, and then celebrated by dragging his partner to the top of the Empire State Building

I also like the one where Giraldo says,

"Bill Engvall, he's a prolific bastard. He's got 7 comedy CDs and without Bill, Sears would have no comedy section."

And also:

"It's great to see Toby Keith. Toby I'm glad you can take time out from spitting on Mexicans to be here."

I’ll be honest and say I read half this thread thinking it was about Geraldo Rivera. I was completely taken back for awhile.
