Why do you keep including UCLA? Do the blacks making up 2% of Westwood neighborhood cause that many problems??? Maybe more come from Bel Air. The Banks did allow someone from Philadelphia to move in.
Or it’s just another part of the 12/50 inequity problem - the 12% committing 50% of the violent crime.
