The Advocate Mail Delivery

What is going on with this newspaper? I have been receiving the daily newspaper in the mail for a number of years. Since July 1, 2019 I have not received a newspaper. I have called three times and sent three emails requesting that the paper delivery begin again.
Today, I have called twice and been disconnected before a representative can answer the phone.
Anyone else having these issues with the mail delivery from the The Advocate?

They only deliver to registered Democrats now

They deliver it to me 3-4 days per week and I'm not a subscriber.

I can't get them to stop throwing their shitty "free southeast edition" paper at my house once a week. If they refuse to stop delivering, they could at least start aiming, every 3rd paper ends up down the storm drain. Calling does no good, the intern they have answering the phone can't comprehend why I wouldn't want a free paper. They do make it easy to tell who in the neighborhood is on vacation though.

I called and told them to cancel my subscription 3 months ago. They called back the next day asking if I wanted to re up my subscription and I told them no. A week later they called again asking if I would come back with a 40% discount, again I said no. All during this time they still were delivering their paper and they still are. One day I will tell them.
