I work at a place that historically pays shite, like really really bad compared to ANY other place within 200 miles (rated absolute zero on Glassdoor)

It’s a shite lifestyle that pays 45k, no one wants to do that shite.
Drivers were making that 20 plus years ago.
The mega carriers have taken over the industry and have deflated wages.

In my experience availability of staff leads to H1B more often than expense of staff.
If you cannot find the help you need you turn to offshore and H1B. H1B is a PITA I know my company wont do it again.
