Maybe your son and his friends shouldn't go put harassing other people.

Oh, and what the hell is your wife doing leaving the kitchen. She should know her place.

Work saved you from getting arrested because your kid is stupid. Awesome. Tell your kid that game is supposed to be played at night

Who gives a shite about the guy,but kids do dumb shite all the time. Make this a teaching lesson for you to your kid. Tell him how it could have gone wrong in so many ways, and what could have happened if you where at the house. (Fight, jail or even death.) Take the high road and talk to the neighbor about your sons lack of good judgement and his.

Nickel knocking and egging a house are two totally different things.

I'm sorry, but this is not a teaching moment for a kid. The arse who got all mad was either an old gramps or a Budweising redneck.

Uh oh. UNCW is getting stoneybrooked

so what exactly did he say?

This is needed.

Your wife probably went out screaming at him when he was talking to the kids in a stern voice. Your story sounds like they've never heard a stern voice which is hwy they think they can go around harassing people and why they cry when a little discipline enters the scene. In all likelihood your kid and wife got what they deserved.

Weird that neighbor got so mad.

Weird that neighbor was so intent on confronting the kids. What's he gonna do--beat the kids up?

Weird that I read all that.

Your neighbor needs to take an anger management class. Geez! I would hate to see what he would do if they had egged his house.

Yep, 11 year old kids do stuff like that. Mature men would understand. Going off on them is a shitty thing to do.

Whatever. Zero discipline mentality.

Next time this little delinquent is going to be stealing beer out of someone's garage fridge. Who knows what's going to happen after that. Life of crime is almost guaranteed.

I'm still at work. Unlike all you other OT peeps, I work a job that I can't just run home at any given time. My wife was PISSED at my son, so no she wasn't giving the guy a hard time. And the kids that were crying weren't my son's friends. It was my 4 year old and the neighbor's young kids because of how irate the guy was acting.

Keep 'em coming, I'm enjoying the holier than thou responses.
