One of my best friends, Mike, passed away 2 years ago.

In 2019 my A/C went out and I did not have a clue what to do. My boys 5 and 8 at the time and it was August. I called my buddy and he told me about capacitors. He said he bet it was a bad capacitor and he had a spare I could try. I picked it up and went back home, installed it and sure enough it fixed it. I ordered a new one and took his spare back to him. He said to keep it because you never know when it will happen again. Well buddy it just happened at 1am. Good thing I had that spare capacitor and now I am sitting in the A/C, drinking a Miller and tearing up thinking that you kept my family comfortable again.

Miss you buddy.

He had a Satsuma orchard. Every year I would take the boys and he would walk them around picking bags upon bags of Satsumas. Later in life he started having issues walking but when the boys showed up he would be out there walking them around cutting Satsumas like nothing was wrong.

It was an unusual friendship. He reported to me at work. That’s how we met. The first day I met him we went to lunch. I was telling him how I had hurt my shoulder somehow and he said Dr Mikes 2 ball root oil would fix it right up.
