Texting "ur" instead of "your", etc.

I met this girl out at a bar on Friday and got her phone number. She seemed pretty cool and we've texted a couple times since then. I've noticed she uses "ur" and "u" instead of "your" and "you". These days I feel like the only people who do that are over the age of 50 or under 16.
I can't decide if it's a deal breaker quite yet. Does this bother anyone else? I can't be alone on this one.

I don't do it, but I see why people would use textspeak. It's not like typing on a keyboard. You not only have to hunt and poke, but the keys are very small. It slows the process like crazy so people take shortcuts.

Dated a chick one time who purposely wrote that way in texts. One weekend morning one of her chick friends who was annoying calls at 7am, wakes both of us sorta up she grabs her phone and ignores the call, writes a text and instead of writing "U", she in her sleeping state wrote "you". So later on after we wake up she checks through her phone and accused me of writing her idiot friend.
