Sometimes I wonder what % of vapers in Texas are nicotine versus some type of legal THC. I have no idea but feels like the latter has been growing a lot in recent years.
Maybe similar to Louisiana prescription THC growing exponentially. If you see someone vaping at an LSU game these days, is it more likely nicotine or prescription THC?

We have age limits on alcohol and cigarettes, but we know that does not stop kids from getting them either. The difference here is that one highly potent THC product can cause irreversible damage to a young person’s mind forever.”

And who keeps electing the fricktard Dade Phelan?
Phelan is what John Alario was in Louisiana. Alario was a longtime Democrat, Edwin Edwards’s right hand man.
Republican Bobby Jindal gets elected Governor of Louisiana to bring about all sorts of good government and reform initiatives. Alario is in the Senate, switches his affiliation to Republican, and Bobby Jindal goes out and endorses him for Senate President.
Phelan swings a big stick in the Jefferson County area…and oddly enough that I’m thinking about it, Alario swung the same in Jefferson Parish. Hell…still does though he’s no longer an elected official.

It's almost certainly legal (not RX) THC based on the amount of waiters that smell like they were students at Grambling 10 minutes ago.

The belief among many teens that marijuana is benign relative to other recreational drugs is in contrast to a preponderance of evidence that adolescent marijuana use is linked to psychiatric symptoms including psychosis and suicidality,[7, 8] as well cognitive impairment in learning, memory, and executive function.[7, 8]
Cannabis use also results in compromised motor coordination contributing to an increased risk of motor vehicle collisions, which is a leading cause of morbidity and mortality in adolescents.[9]

The significant number of adolescents using marijuana is problematic because this stage is a critical time for cognitive development. Marijuana poses a threat because its psychoactive component, tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), is capable of passing the blood-brain barrier and thus acting directly on the central nervous system [5, 6].
From the age of 12 into young adulthood, the amygdala, prefrontal cortex, and hippocampus are changing, and neural connections are being strengthened [7, 8]. These areas are associated with memory, learning, attention, and inhibitory control and are threatened by marijuana use [6,9]. LINK
