Not sure about narrative or who instigated this fight, but the shooter looked half the size of the 15 year old and was getting beat down at the end of video. It’s pixelated as heck in what I have seen, but shooter is in whitish looking shirt with hoodie.

From what I have seen in pics and video the shooter is the one with the dark shirt and Sideshow Bob hair.
