Good. Executions need to be stepped up to no more than 2 years after conviction.

Good grief. I suppose he was just trying to take advantage of the fantastic high he was on.

Young sexually assaulted a woman in her apartment with her three young children present, then forced her to drive off with him in her car. She managed to escape, and records show he drove one block to the Mini Food Mart where owner Patel was shot. He was arrested 90 minutes later after picking up a prostitute and driving to a crack house where the stolen car was parked outside and spotted by San Antonio police.
Sorry for partying?

Glad they killed him.

I ok with waiting 5-10 years . Need to make sure every person has a chance for a reasonable appeal. After that bye bye

I was for the death penalty for a long time. My thoughts have changed over time, I no longer believe I hold the ability to pass that type of judgement on a human. RIP, Mr. Young. I hope you accepted Christ.

Well, good deal...sounds like justice has been served after a reasonable amount of time to be reasonably assured that he was guilty.

I couldn’t commit that many felonies that quickly playing GTA. Sexual assault, forced abduction, child endangerment, grand theft auto, armed robbery, murder, soliciting prostitution, possession...

I'm all for the death penalty for those deserving and I believe those guilty of murder fit the qualifications.

That said, I read the article and for once, I read a quote from a death row guy that actually has value:

quote:

"I didn't know about death row," Young told The Associated Press recently from prison. "It needs to be talked about. You've got a whole new generation. You've got to stop this, not just executions but the crimes. Nobody's talking to these kids. I can't bring Hash back but I can do something to make sure there's no more Hashes."

That is the whole point of the death penalty. It needs to be a deterrent but so many murderers get away with it these days, the fear is not there.

Where is Black Live Matter to defend this innocent young man and vouch that he was a changed man?

Really. And I suppose you're qualified to decide who is deserving

Umm, I think there was a trial, with like, people, and lawyers, and even a judge. They decided.

How stupid are you?
