But I also have less concern about states and localities telling behemoth companies who don't have the state/local interest at heart what rules they have to play by to profit from the young citizens of state/locality.

well the parents sure as shite aren't managing their kids and what they are subjected to.
and FWIW, I am against the idea of that - but Parents more and more just take a hands off approach to parenting.
