Injections

Bi-weekly subcutaneous injections are the way to go.

They can make your dick shrink bro. People always talk about the testicles but they never mention the staff. Proceed with caution.

Is this a cheating thing?

Does taking Testosterone reduce the body’s ability to produce it naturally. So if you get injections you can never stop getting them?

Injections. Never pellets.

Just going to take this opportunity to make some comments here, none of which is official medical advice. :)
First, make sure you're going to a physician who was actually trained to do this. T clinics are notorious for picking up physicians who quit what they were trained to do in order to do something easier. I'm not exactly sure what their training entails, but from the patients I see I'm 99% sure it's training by the T clinic to set them up to maximize profit per patient.
Their motives almost seem to be keeping you hooked. I've seen people walk into my office with a testosterone of 2000 who are about to undergo dose increases. Sure, they're taking anastrozole and giving blood every other month, but if they can bill just a little bit more per patient it doesn't matter to them. If your testosterone is normal or above and you still have symptoms, the problem is not your testosterone.
So go to someone who will treat you and still cares about you as a patient. Most T clinics are not setup that way.
Quick Notes:
Your testosterone should be checked before 9 am and fasting (T clinics will check at 4 pm when everyone is "low").
Exogenous testosterone inhibits sperm production, so ask about other options if you still want kids.
For those of you on it, anastrozole and blood donations are not first line treatment for gynecomastia (growing boobs) or polycythemia (red blood cells too high) - dose reduction is. The normal human male does not make enough testosterone to shunt so much into estrogen that he grows boobs.

My doctor switched from pellets to injections and he sells the pellets
I've been on the injections for close to a year It's drastically changed my life.
When I was 30 my total test level was around 800, not too shabby. Started noticing my energy levels declining last year and straight up started feeling like an old man. Aches, pains, etc. Last year started noticing more fat gains, especially around my waist. It started getting harder and harder to push myself through workouts. It also got harder and harder to keep abs showing. I'd cut calories and my arms/legs would get smaller and gut would stay the same. Went see a doc and my free test levels were sub 200. He recommended injections but I tried a few different things to try and bring it up with no luck.
1 month into injects there was a complete turnaround. I'm feeling like I did 5 years ago. Making gains in the gym again. Lost 4" off of my waist even though overall I only lost about 5 lbs. Libido through the roof. Sleeping better. Overall enjoying life a lot more because all my aches and pains have gone away. The increased energy has led to compounding effects from the increased exercise that I'm doing. In addition to working out I'm running in the morning and cycling in the evening. Hiking 10 or 15 miles almost every weekend. My daily step count average has gone from around 8k to 14k.
One bad thing about it is I can't sit around and relax anymore, I've always got to be doing something. When it rains I'm pacing like a penned up critter.
My maintenance calories were about 2500 pre TRT. I'm now eating about 3200 and not gaining weight.

Try clomid first.
Helps you create more of your own T.
It’s a fertility drug for women.
In men, it tells your balls to create more T.
It works great.
Research it

thats really not how it works. clomid is a Selective estrogen receptor modulator....it works by blocking the estrogen at the receptor, essentially taking its place. this allows your body to see that there is excess estrogen and tells the body to produce more testosterone to balance this out.
but this doesnt mean it will restart your natural test production. it may, especially if combined with HCG, but it may not. its also not a long term solution and isnt going to raise you that much. it also has lots of emotional sides and essentially sucks major arse to be on.
and its a breast cancer drug for women, a fertility drug for men. it will give you huge loads though

100 of cypionate per week. Gotta watch your hematocrit. I donate blood every 8 weeks to keep mine in check. Otherwise my labs are great and i feel great. It sucks getting old. I was good until 45.
