Brah, this sounds like hypothyroidism more than just low T. Hypothyroidism can lower the amount of Free T in your blood. You should really get your TSH, T3, and T4 checked.

If you further consider testosterone treatment, you may want to have a prostate exam before you start any testosterone.
My urologist says that testosterone treatment can increase chance of prostate cancer and can basically feed an undetected or untreated prostate cancer. So if you were to have any signs of prostate cancer, testosterone treatment could possibly make it worse.

Quit drinking beer. Drink more wine and clear liquor. Minimize brown liquor. Also, watch your shellfish intake. Your purine levels may be high. Within two weeks of stopping my beer intake, my joints and muscles all felt better. I only drink wine, vodka, gin and the occasional Lagavulin. Turned out that my purines were high and causing inflammation. Shrimp will do it if I eat it over a few days , but one meal doesn’t bother me. Huge improvement on quality of life.

You’ll want to get those sex numbers to 69 for optimal results.

I’ve almost made a thread on the Health Board—and you should really make one there yourself (or find an existing thread on TRT, there are quite a few good ones)—on what the best route would be between Rejuvame, The Anti-Aging Clinic, and your G.P.
I did see a good YouTube video on increasing T-levels, and the guy said that a lot of times, high cortisol levels can either lower your T-levels itself or negate the benefits of increasing it, kinda making it a wash. He mentioned getting good sleep, exercising, and a couple of supplements (ashwaganda like another poster said was the only one I remember off hand). Stuff a lot of other posters have mentioned.
But there’s a lot of good stuff on the Health Board here and on YouTube that should help you at least begin your research. I would do it if I were you. You’re in your prime at 36 and should feel like it. But like someone else mentioned, make sure you’re committed to it, because your body will stop producing it naturally. Good luck.

Did some crafty, seductive female persuade you to read the Twilight Series? Happened to me once and my chest hairs started falling out by Chapter 2. Had to let her down gently cause I couldn't go any further and keep any sort of manly self respect. Moral of the story, don't read Twilight series if you want to maintain normal testosterone levels.

Honestly, I’ve got to find a way back to the gym even though my back is wrecked for life from a tumor and freestyle skiing. My testosterone goes through the roof when I lift every day

We’ll be the judge of that. Post a pic bitch.
TRT’s great, but remember- once you start, you’re on it for life. 36-76 is potentially 40 years of exogenous hormone treatment. Something to consider.

Sounds like I already have the boron and ashwagandha extract, d-aspheric acid, and several ther root extracts, including many others.
