I buy eggs by the 3 dozen. Don’t think that’s an issue

The little I read about TRT has me looking for other alternatives. Seems a lot of good and bad with it

if your diet is 80% protein then you are not eating the yolks or eating enough fat.

are you just guessing on this or do you track calories?

well then 80% of your diet is not protein...in fact you have no clue how your macros line out.

#1 start weighing and tracking, atleast until you get the hang of it.

#2 start eating 4-6 eggs and about a 1lbs of beef a day

#3 limit carb intake like i said before.

#4 start lifting.

now what are your goals? just to have higher test levels or what?

I take a load of supplements. I did buy supposed testosterone inducing supplements a while back but haven’t used them yet.

I refuse to get into the 170’s. That’s way too thin. I’m not overweight by any measure

I had my bloodwork done last week. I'm almost 45 and my Test is 405. Not to bad for an old fart.

I think I will just commit to going to the gym 5 times a week. Maybe eat more red meat. Everything will probably take care of itself. I just don’t particularly like red meat

just do what i said damn. you are all over the map.

start tracking your calories and start lifting on a real program. i suggest the greyskull lp.

get strong as frick realitive to your bodyweight, eat meat and eggs, get some sun by goign for walks or riding a bike(not no gay arse 10 speed, get a bmx bike) and jack off or frick often....pretty much the keys to life.

I’m similar to you… 6 ft, 37 yo… I weight 170ish and could stand to tighten up a little.

Granted, everyone’s body is different.

Well since all the boomers seem to equate productivity with how many hours you are at work coupled with the ease of access to employees via cell phones, most people don’t have much time to disconnect from work and do any meaningful exercise.

Same age. I cut processed carbs, alcohol. prioritized sleep. Went in hard on basic heavy lifts, and feel like a completely different person.

It's hard to recognize how terrible you feel all the time until you feel good after 2-3 weeks without the trash.

For a month: Stop eating by 6pm.

Squats, bench, deadlifts, sauna.

Minimal "vanity muscle" workouts, just the big ones, large muscle groups.

Then go get your levels checked again.
