go to the doctor, could be torsion, twisted, varicocele, or even cancer....go see a doctor and make sure they test your urine and do ultrasound at minimum

You’re forgetting that testicular cancer is rare and affects less than 5% of the male population

I've dealt with this kind of thing for like 10 years on and off. Also on one side. All kinds of urology visits etc were all negative. Turned out to be hypertonic pelvic floor caused by anxiety and muscle tension. Was debilitating at times. Went to a physical therapist and sorted it out in a few weeks but takes ongoing management. Look into that as a possibility.

The pain/discomfort sometimes feels like the testicle itself, sometimes feels like the nerve and vessel chord thingy it's attached to.

Also, could be cancer at the junction of the nerves with the prostate. By no means see a doctor though. You want to know you have prostate cancer just after its spread to other organs.

Well, I've had two doctors, including a urologist, touch my stuff in every way possible down there. If it was cancer, I think they would have seen or felt something.

I do have an ultrasound scheduled for the end of the month.

What started this with me was a really, really bad coughing fit smoking weed one night. I almost threw up a few times it was so bad.. think I strained something down there from it.

Two of the original doctors thought this may have been kidney stones. Not a bad diagnosis based on the symptoms honestly.

I have the Novant app. Novant is one of the big healthcare providers here. I can message doctors directly with this app. They said if the pain gets to be too much, go to the ER. I replied, "so you want me to go spend $2000 on an ER visit just for pain meds? Really?"

Such bs. If I need pain meds, how about not making me pay for an ER visit and just Rx me some yourself??

Seems like every system in life is a pile of garbage now.

edit
Just out of curiosity.. why would anyone downvote this post?? It's just information.. lol

Must be some useless primary care doctor who's only job is to refer you to a real doctor for real problems. Just kidding.. kinda.
