These are from Jim Florentine where he just waits around for telemarketers all day to call him and he just goes to town pranking them. Very funny stuff.

I’d advise you to not answer that

After doing some cold calling I empathize with some telemarketers. They're just doing their job and the longer people do stuff like that to them, the less money they make their company and the more likely they are to get fired.

Obviously if it's a scam (an actual scam, not your insurance company calling for a review) then they can go frick themselves.

Again, if it's a scam then they can go frick themselves. Robocalls fall into that category

To be honest I’d rather be at the receiving end of one of these rather than having someone simply to tell me to frick off.

Why would you even consider that job when you know what’s going to happen.

As a prank, one of my buddies entered my phone number in an Act Blue database and signed me up for text messages under the name Laquisha. And said I was from Detroit.

Anyhow, it was funny for about 30 seconds. And for months now I've been getting 2 or 3 robo texts a day asking me to vote early, vote often, vote by mail, etc. And all this crap about how Trump is trying to take away my health care, silence my vote, and steal the election.

I block them every time I get them. But they just pop back up a few hours later from a new phone number.

So I've started telling them that I'm coming to their headquarters and I'm going to set up in the parking lot and gut shoot every one of them with a hollow point 22.

I'm starting to get actual responses like: "Rude!" And "We're reporting this response to the authorities" . Yesterday I got: "Get some help for your anger management issues" .

Hopefully the spam texts will start tapering off soon. But no sign of it yet.

I remember him once tell Stern he had his girlfriend fake an abortion while they were on the line with someone. They had a vacuum running and she was screaming. He said it was an incredible bit, but they couldn't get consent from the person on the other line to release the audio.

No, it was actually bigger than that. What happened was after the epic call is he, his girlfriend, and friend left his apartment to get something to eat. The woman on the other line immediately calls the police and has a panic attack, so when they return to his apartment the police have already knocked down the door. The police had already been called there twice for his prank calls, so they kind of knew what was up, but they had to bust down his door to make sure a woman wasn’t bleeding to death on the floor from a home abortion.

So Jim goes down to the police station, confesses to the prank, and then the prank is seized by the state. They tried to prosecute Florentine over that call, but Florentine is pissed that he thinks his single greatest prank was not ever released due going out and getting a pizza and confessing to the wrong person with no sense of humor that tried to throw the book at him.

Funny. But they’re all scripted and fake

Florentine had multiple police encounters over these pranks and had to pay thousands of dollars in fines for these pranks. With these ramifications I doubt they’re fake.
