How are you with piece of shite cops that assault people half their size and then lie about it? Oh, I'm 100% certain that you would be OK with receiving a beating if some cop decided he'd be doing you a favor by kicking your arse.

You are a psychopath

oh I'm 100% certain I wouldn't be spitting on the cops and talking shite to them at all, let alone cuffed in the back of their car.
See thats the thing. I'm not so stupid as to get in that situation. Kid just SsTFU, he gets a ride to jail (if that) and a misdemeanor summons. this is all on the kid.
The cops handled it poorly, but this is definitely an instance where "deescalation" should be pursued by the suspect instead of hoping the cops would do it.
hmm, seems like we just had this lesson illustrated in BR

Or, the cops could just do their job, and let the courts punish him. You know, the way our criminal Justice system was intended. Cops exceeding their authority is why many good honest people don't trust the police. I'd say this was handled correctly by Terrabone.

Well, it appears that you are stupid enough to get into that situation. You see, the kid didn't kick and spit at the officers, the officers lied about that part of the incident in order to justify their assault on the kid.
So, when you get arrested again, it will be nice to know that you are OK with getting an arse whoopin by the cops just as long as they lie about the justification in the police report.

Contrary to the official incident report, Duplantis said Verdin was not kicking and spitting and had his hands cuffed behind his back when the deputy started shouting and cursing at him, and that’s when he decided to start filming.

agreed. Cops being assaulted by not so good, dishonest, people is why many exceed their authority. Again, rather than pointing fingers at the cops, why dont you look as critically at the kid? No one actually hit him. He never suffered any blows. he got jerked out of the car and received an arse chewing. I think he got lucky. He deserved far worse.

1) Cops are dumb - we already know this
2) That little white trash hood rat is dumb - we already know this
3) A lot of stupidity is involved when they interact

why am I getting arrested? I don't break the law. I don't hang out with people who do. My interaction with the police is non confrontational. I also have the endearing habit of "complying". Its not that difficult to avoid getting jammed up.

whats the relation of Duplantis to Verdin? friend? Dope smoking buddy? Uncle? dealer?

So, if a cop decides to jerk you out of a car and give you an arse chewing, then you would be fine with that as long as the cop lies about what happened in the police report?
Intent means something here, and you seem to be completely oblivious to that. That cop was intent on assaulting that kid, and he removed those cuffs in order to justify beating on someone that he outweighed by 100lbs.

Never should have even been taken out of the car unless it was to shackle him if he was kicking and for damn sure not taken the cuffs off.
If what the cop did was okay why did the cops dad call Franky (the man who filmed the video) and ask him to take it down? Because he knew what his kid (the cop) did was wrong. His dad was a deputy too, he may still work for TPSO, not sure.

Duplantis' daughter is Verdin's girlfriend.

I'd say jail is a pretty good punishment. Cops are supposed to be better then the criminals they encounter. Not some Billy badass who takes the law into their own hands. If their who is so fragile, they can't handle a meth head talking shite, they're not mentally strong enough to have that level of authority.

Yeah those down the bayou baws also said he didn't have a gun or hit the dog and wasn't on meth too. I choose to believe the police over someone from fricking Dulac.

You choose to believe the same police that was trying to fight a 130-lb loser, and the same that tried to run off a guy for no other reason than he was filming the incident? Ok, I guess. Cause no way those cops wouldn't lie.
