Swarmers shed their wings pretty fast, so the ones you're seeing probably lost their wings as they crawled in through whatever crack they found. They're gonna get into your house, it's just a part of owning a house in South Louisiana. It doesn't mean your house is infested. Just keep an active termite contract.
