Chances are, if you're not getting a minimum ACT or SAT score that's going to be reflected in more than just the score.
It also becomes a poor assessment of knowledge when it becomes a situation of teaching to a test. But that's a whole other ball of wax.

A lot of public school dumbasses take it once and some seniors haven't taken it yet.
It's not like private school where God pays attention and students take it every year starting in the 7th grade.
