I work across the street from the one in Uptown, Dallas. Go there for lunch at least a couple of times a week. I always get out with a good, healthy lunch for under $10.
Only time I'll buy groceries from there is if i need just a few items, or something special. No way would I do a full grocery run there.
Prepared foods and bakery are top notch.
Can't beat the eye candy there either

Dude Whole Foods always has a shite ton of smoke shows shopping around. That place is a honey pot when it comes to hot yoga arse. I literally will go there for lunch sometimes just to people watch.

i went in. put groceries in my cart. paid for said groceries. then i went home and ate the groceries over the course of a few days.

Whole Foods really isn’t expensive. You pay for higher quality than other chains. It and central market aren’t everyday item stores. I use target for that.

Walked in, got a couple things, checked out, thought "What's the big deal, fresh Market is MUCH better" and haven't been back. My wife, on the other hand, LOVES the place. Not sure why.
