I’ve been offered a job in Timonium, MD. I’m not currently working, so I’m willing to relocate. Currently living in the woodlands.

TIA

Sounds like it should be the title of an adult swim program?

You probably will want to get a house or apartment there.

There they frown on folks living in the woods.

Spiro Agnew and Johnny Unitas are both buried there.

Have a great time.

I’m a big believer in follow the pay raises while you’re young, when your children leave college, then place roots, but it’s not a very popular opinion

I think you’d learn to love it there man, maybe it’s not gonna be permanent or maybe it will

Crowded and suburban, but not far north is pretty rural (Sparks, Monkton, Hereford, Parkton, etc.).

Lots of apartment complexes just north in Cockeysville.

Good schools.

Bookended by two large shopping centers/malls in Towson and Hunt Valley.

Very near the NCR trail, Loch Raven Reservoir, and Oregon Ridge Nature Center.

Two public golf courses.

It’s a suburb of Baltimore, pretty woodsy. They have all the same things other cities have like restaurants and grocery stores and there’s a restaurant there that has Oprah’s favorite crab cakes. It snows a lot in the winter and most houses have basements. The people there pronounce water ‘wooter’.

My dad’s side of the family is from there.

Timonium, MD.

On October31, 1999 my cousin and I parked at the Timonium Train Station and took it to go see the Buffalo Bills play the Baltimore Ravens.

Gabe Northern played a hell of a game.

Its suburban Baltimore... So you don't have to worry about Omar comin'

It would start remote but then transition to onsite. It’s within the IT industry so I might have some wiggle room, but wouldn’t really know until I got on-site. This would only be a 1 year gig. I’m single, no kids, and don’t currently own a home. So the relocation would be easy. I’m just not sure about the area.
