Harmless because nobody got hurt...but if the kid had hurt himself jumping in or if a customer had slipped on a floor that was wet from the splash, they'd be lawyered up and ready to sue BPS

Bass Pro has only themselves to blame, here's a nice fully endorsed by Bass Pro youtube video where they let Dude Perfect screw around in the store, including having a paddleboard American Gladiators event in the aquarium. Jeez, you think this might send the wrong impression to all the young viewers of Dude Perfect?
