This is really fricked up. Most people are aware of the mentally ill within their neighborhood.
These kids probably could have gotten full rides to colleges of their choosing in Florida if they helped, made Good Morning America. Yet now they are just senseless and uncaring morons.

What is so wrong with these people to watch people die like this. Don't help, don't call 911, just tape it. Like those losers that watched that one dudes house burn down and they just video taped it.

Even if they couldn't help him, they could've at least called 911 and reported the drowning so his body could be recovered before it "badly decomposed". Instead they put the video out on social media. 
The guy was discovered 3 days later, after his girlfriend reported him missing.
