Entirely intentional warfare on normal suburbia conducted by the Democrat party. Biden literally ran on expanding Section 8 into undefiled communities. I have friends who live in York. They moved there to escape the crime and diversity of Baltimore.

He looks like an extra from The Outsiders or a Sha Na Na tribute band, he is sitting like he is posing for a 1980's Olan Mills photo, and he has a look on his face like he just smelled a fart.
