How can you call a place yours unless your women and children can walk the streets safe from boggarts that respect not the laws of polite society?

I've got nothing against another person because of the color of their skin but living in a place like Baton Rouge, Jackson, Mobile, Birmingham or New Orleans certainly hardens one a bit to the fact that 90+% of the violent crime is committed by one demographic. And it's a very small subset of this particular demographic.

People don’t seem to understand how delicate this little experiment is, and how volatile it can be if it goes wrong.
