The fact that there are plenty of families waiting to adopt, but have to wait years because they can't afford the private route while this POS gets the go ahead to destroy the chance of two children being normal is the reason I have to SMH at society.

I had a friend who spent years trying to get pregnant with her husband. Sad thing is, their really good people who can't afford adopting a child. They would make amazing parents. It's a shame that they may never get the opportunity to be parents.

The cost to adopt is ridiculous. So many children waiting for families, but only so many can afford the fees. That money would be better put to use actually raising the child.
