Meanwhile, in this country, we have grown men like this that are sad they called the police after getting carjacked.

Good for her, glad she knew how to use the weapon and thus survived the day.
Only thing I can think is that if the Taliban came after her family, and she managed to kill 2 of the guys and another lived to tell the story. Sounds to me like she needs to get out of town asap, because I'd be fearful of some other goons coming to finish the job.
