Most of the kids I grew up with who ended up using drugs and doing dumb shite grew up in a super strict christian family thinking they raised an angel. So i guess what you said is partially true but not due to neglect.

Fun fact: my room mate a few years back (who is a girl) woke up topless in a wooded area near burbank after drinking in tigerland. Didn't bother her one bit. Got dropped off at our house, took a shower, and went to the pool.
