Thousands of years of culture. Tribal behavior. It is still very common in Sub-Saharan Africa but much worse there as Africans have not had 400 years of adaptation to the civilized world. A large majority of African Americans have evolved beyond this. They are the ones who flew out of the inner cities to the suburbs in the early 70s to chase a dream. They are also the ones who have lived in rural Southern towns on homesteads for a hundred or more years and became respected and loved citizens in mixed race towns.
The multi generational ones in Northern cities remain in Sub- Saharan like tribal villages. Only they have pavement of 30 year old asphalt to roam instead of dusty roads. They have walls and a roof instead of mud huts. They have cleaner water(except Detroit) than a muddy water hole. They still act like uncivilized humans because that is what they are. They ( or their parents) did not escape when the time was right. They stayed and the progressive democrats made sure they would always be stuck. Village against village. Turf wars. Violence as remedy. Only content when the goodie wagon comes rolling in and they crowd around the truck jumping up and down, pushing and shoving, to get that bag of flour and bottled water. The people who live in these Democrat engineered enclaves are little better off than villagers in Rwanda and often less civilized.

A recent stat came out that more than half of all working-age black males in New Orleans are unemployed. It blew my mind, but maybe it shouldn't have. I mean I expected it to be high, but god damn.
