Probation for 10 years but gets to keep her license.

She has to register as a sex offender and was fired. She just did not lose her license. She can teach adults, probably some evening class scenario. She is lucky, most of these kids are like 17, not 14. A guy in the same situation would be buried in jail for a long time.

I got no problem with the judge:
-she has to register as a sex offender
-the judge let her keep her license so she can possible teach adults
-the department of education is the agency that issues and revokes teaching licenses, and her case will be reviewed
