I can tell you this: kids in split custody are often ordered by the judge to communicate with their parents via app installed on the parents' phones that records all calls between parents and kids and sends data to a representative of the court.
If they had this arrangement stated in their custody judgement and she decided to give the daughter a phone so she could call the kid whenever she wanted, that's a bad frickin idea. And it's a cut-n-dry contempt of court/violation of the judgment. Now I'm just speculating but that's a reasonable theory with the little information given.

Was that in place at the time the rape was committed? That's what the law will refer to.

If she's an unfit mother there has to be a better alternative than giving custody to a guy who at minimum
committed statutory rape. And granting him child support is just Grade A frickery. Regardless of any other facts not yet made public,which we may never know, there's a stench coming from this case.

The problem with your argument is unless you argue the birth dates for one or all three involved are incorrect, that she somehow stole his semen or he is not the father she was raped... full stop. To quote Hetfield and Ulrich: "Nothing else matters".
