The same reason Taco Bell enforces their health code standards the week they're expecting a visit from the Department of Health - when everyone is going to be there for graduation, potentially including dignitaries, they're going to enforce the rules to the highest degree.

I've got no problem if the story is as we were told - he was warned, showed up with a goatee regardless, and the rules were enforced equally among the graduates.

He was made aware of the rule, he broke it, frick 'em..

I want an explanation of how this is racial discrimination and what it had to do with segregation. Everytime something doesn't work out for a black person it doesn't mean race was the cause. They have figured out that people are so scared of being considered racist that all they have to do is shout these buzz words and people will scramble to their every whim.

Something didn't work out in my favor? It's time to play the race card. It demeans legitimate race issues by association.
