That guy makes Kenny George look small and he’s 7’8 - 370lbs, and he made Tyler Hansbrough (6’9) look small as shite.
They did a special on this guy about 10 years ago. I remember them saying he didn’t have a drivers license because he was too big to even drive a car. Had to get all of his size 26 shoes custom made.

I've seen a few videos of him and you're right, he moved very gingerly and it looked to be painful for him to just walk, much less run.
Just like you see in the picture of the world's tallest woman with what looks like a 2 x 4 used for a brace.
So many of these folks with pituitary gland issues that caused them to grow very large suffer from bad joints that even walking looks awkward for them.

I used to live across the Missouri River from Alton Illinois, where Robert Wadlow grew up. There is a park with a life size statue of him and it’s incredible how tall he is once you stand up next to him. Here is a pic for reference (not me)
