The only thing i could think of was the story about the inexperienced person jumping up into the rotor blades while exiting and getting beheaded. The daughter did do a slight jump but im sure she was instructed beforehand

Ive watched enough episodes of Worlds Toughest Test to know you have to turn around, cross your arms, and fall backwards with your head hitting the water first. A grade of FAIL would be given to this girl by Foxy and Q would chastize her for almost getting her head chopped off.
