Again, you aren't understanding the point of my original post which was from the stance of a franchise owner. I'm all for protecting yourself, that doesn't mean I want my minimum wage employees treating my Taco Bell lobby like the Wild West.

In certain cases it is now becoming a liability for employers not to allow employees to CCW. If the employer doesn't provide sufficient physical security th gen who should be liable?
