Could be anxiety.

Anything >100 for a sustained period of time increases myocardial oxygen consumption exponentially and stresses your heart. How long has your HR been up?

You may be dehydrated. Or as other posters have said, the infection may have kicked you into an abnormal rhythm. Definitely worth talking to your doctor.

I’m at 111 now with a blood oxygen level of 95. Looking into making an appt just to be safe.

CALL YOUR DOCTOR!

You don't have to go to the ER for everything, you can call your GP and follow their advice!

I was in the couch under blankets all afternoon with fever. Fever broke right as I went to bed and HR dropped with it.

I don’t have a GP. The only doctor I have seen in the past 10 years is a dermatologist.

My resting over the last 26 weeks is 54. When I had real Covid in 2020 it was 120-130 and my Apple Watch was going off like crazy. I went to the ER and tested positive.

Do what you feel is best.

At 115, I would take something to chill me out, and then focus on my breathing to kind of relax. I would stay off of here as your mind is probably racing while trying to digest all of this info. With no GP, you could consider hitting up a doc n a box. I would imagine that they can give you more info.

Peace amigo.

My mom had delta and had terrible arrhythmia. She went to the ER 4 times. Got as high as 165 resting (she's ok now, thank God).

Id go to the hospital. Its not that uncommon with Covid. Im not sure if they've figured anything out since August but they were seeing a bit of it back then. It may be as simple as a rhythm medication.

Exercise much? I’m almost 50 and mine is below 60.

I had 103 fever with my weekend of COVID. The fever elevates your heart rate, dehydration also can but in the same token, drinking too much Pedialyte will also raise your heart rate, so follow the serving size on it.

Mine was in to 100 to 115bpm range for the better part of 12 hours, after my fever ended it went back down.

The anxiety worrying about everything will raise it as well, so take some meds and try to sleep.

Oh and horse paste worked for me

I did feel a little dehydrated. Ive been drinking a lot of water since my first post and I do feel better. Heart rate is still elevated. I'm prone to inflammation which is cause for concern and probably made me anxious.

I wasn't able to find monoclonal antibodies anywhere. They must have pulled them already.

I had to sign a check for materials the other day for the contractors. When my secretary put the check on my desk, I got a tightness in my chest and took an ECG on my watch. All was good other than my BPM’s at 120. $114k is the largest check I’ve ever signed.
