the FB issue is a config error of BGP.
Via my own sources, I do not see market outages for the three carriers. It could simply be people trying to access the aforementioned above issue.

FB is the only site/server down. It just also affects insta and WhatsApp since it’s the same infrastructure.
People are just idiots and think their internet is down when they can't get to their social media. So theyre “reporting” it as down.
