It has to be exhausting to live your life constantly viewing everything that happens in the context of politics. I don’t care whether it’s Republicans or Democrats - every single person like that sucks to be around.

By percentage? No, no it doesn't and it's not even close. Even if you take the most conservative estimate, which is 1% for Coronavirus > 0.1% for Flu. That's literally 10 times more.

As much as $350,000,000 is that is only 1% of the yearly Austin economy but yes the working class needing those jobs during the event will definitely feel the blow.

Yeah plus some really good low budget indie films have used SXSW to gain hype before releasing to the public can only imagine they're going to be hurt as well
