Shooting at cops is equivalent of signing your death warrant by firing squad.
And I'm sure he knows this. He is not getting out of this alive.

Dude obviously wants to die.

They'll toss in one of those flash bang grenades that accidentally sets the motel on fire and burns him alive. Standard police procedure after being fired upon.

not everyone. Criminal like this doesn't deserve anything other than a huge hole in his head or other vital organ.
Do us all a favor and take him out.

Even he deserves his day in court, but it obviously can't be done without suffering the loss of innocent lives.

This guy will chicken out and eat his gun or come out shooting and make them shoot him. I bet on the former.

A standoff has ended at a West Knoxville motel after a suspect wanted for a triple-murder in Florida was captured by Knox County Sheriff's Office SWAT teams, suffering from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
quote:
Negotiators talked with Smith for about two hours. During that time, Smith fired multiple gunshots from the window of room 236. No one was hit by those shots.
Negotiators lost contact with Smith around 12:15 p.m. Officers then fired tear gas into the room around 1:20 p.m. and entered. Smith was found with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. He was taken to UT Medical Center by a Rural/Metro ambulance.

Hopefully, his family sues the SWAT team for the attempted suicide.

Thank goodness no one else was hurt.
