I remember seeing that sign as a kid when were passing through BR and wondering if it was real
I was pretty young so I'm not sure how much I knew about him or the scandals, but the sign just seemed hilariously weird to me.

That was on Airline Hwy in New Orleans, not Baton Rouge. Gorman had a very large church in NO and Swaggert's is in BR.
