Pretty sure that’s Lake at the 210 exit. I know homes right by there that severely flooded out. Last time I saw it flood like that in that area was the late nineties, before drainage improvements, but I think this is worse.

Vehicles are flooded in as well, they literally couldn’t go anywhere. That entire area/intersection is low. Parts of LC had 8” of rain in 2 hours. They probably sat there waiting for rain to slow so they could leave but it didn’t slow down until it was too late to leave.
