Suspected drug dealer hasn't taken a dump in 37 days....

Police arrested the guy shortly after he allegedly swallowed evidence that fingered him for dealing drugs. Police have been holding him for over a month waiting for him to shite out the drugs so they can charge him. He continues to hold in his shits and doctors are starting to worry that he might die. Knowing that this is a possibility, the alleged drug dealer has asked not to be revived should the worst happen.
