Surprised that JBE hasn’t closed nonessential state offices

They always seem to err on the side of closing for any potential threat..

It's all about context. Wildlife and Fisheries and DEQ aren't exactly essential in this situation, but you're an idiot if you think they don't provide valuable services.
Then again, if you are typical money-loving capitalist that hates the environment and wildlife as a whole, they probably are non-essential.
