I think Cena is the one that wanted Brock back. The 2002 OVW class was Cena, Orton, Brock and Batista. I think Cena is the type of guy that wants to complete the circle in his last year. So he's going to program with everyone he started with. Obviously, Batista isn't coming back, but the others were available.
And I think he walks out the People's Champion after 1-2-3 over the Rock.

It is one of Triple Hs few blips so far and I hate to say it, it feels like it is all cuz Rock wanted a gotcha moment for his random Elimination Chamber appearance. Brian Gerwitz pitched a massive moment and HHH unfortunately took the bait. Again I wouldn't be upset with Cenas run if his heel booking wasn't so rushed and last minute because of a last minute decision to fill the crowd in Toronto for the Elimination Chamber.
