Found out last month that my 12 year old lab has cancer and she has just a few months to live. Been trying to knock out a bucket list for her. This commercial gets me every...damn...time.

have to give Subaru credit for their commercials- like the commercial with the golden retrievers and the one mentioned here. Willie's soundtrack is well placed too.

I said the same in a thread a few months ago. It's amazing how great life and nature is in many aspects, but the short lifespan of dogs absolutely awful.

We just lost our 11yo dog to cancer. It developed fast enough that we didn't get a diagnosis confirmation until she was too weak to do the bucket list.
Sigh.

Stomach cancer. It didn't show up on blood tests or in x-rays/ultrasound when we first took her in, so it took a while to diagnose why she was throwing up and wouldn't eat even when she wasn't sick. Vet said that it was probably too late by the time we noticed any symptoms at all.

That's true. But cats have 9 crappy lives, dogs have one big life full of awesome.
