Radii is correct
Bonii is wrong, -ii is never a suffix in Latin. The double-i occurs when the base ends in i and the suffix begins with i. Bon- is the base and -us is the stem, so "boni" would be the plural of bonus (which is an adjective meaning "good" so "boni" would be interpreted to mean "good things" (masculine)
