Winding up and hitting someone in the back of the head like that is attempted murder. He says they hugged it out though.
If he can't bring his victims into a courtroom to verify that, and assure the public they are OK with his antics...he'll have to go to prison.

He had a gun and pulled it on the first guy. The second guy only shook his hand to deescalate the situation because he didn’t want to continue to be attacked by 2 people

Student, who is a 19 yr old adult films himself committing crimes to get paid by TikTok that allowed him to put on their social media platform.
TikTok also needs to take some civil and criminal responsibility for allowing this to be posted.
