That reads a lot like boilerplate language from a statute or OK Supreme Court case spelling out what a judge has to find to issue the injunction. I wouldn’t put much stock into that either way—it’s virtually a given that the judge would say that if issuing an injunction.

You know, its difficult not to believe the way you do, but, when Paul was imprisioned there were many "preachers" preaching against Paul and much of his teachings and even supported his imprisonment and saying he needed to be executed. When Paul was told of this his reply was, "they preach salvation in Christ, that is all that matters." (paraphrased).
Point being, different folks recieve Christ via different means, I can't speak against those speaking salvation in Christ no matter the delivery method.
