Stray black hairs on shoulders and upper back

First off, I'm not that hairy of a guy. But, the older I've gotten, I notice these long, nasty straight black hairs that pop up around my shoulders and upper back portion. What the hell? 
I also notice an occasional zit or two on my upper back and shoulder. I've never had a problem with acne - even as a teenager.
What the hell is all this? Anyone else get this?

Have you tried suck starting a shot gun yet
I'm just bullshitting..... every couple months I'll notice a blonde hair on my shoulder, or maybe one on my chest or nipple.... but I'm probably the least hairy guy you'd ever meet fortunately. frick hair

I have hardly any on my chest (other than a little in the sternum area) - all of a sudden, these stray hairs are popping up on my shoulder and back.

The hairs is just something that happens
The pimples could be from excess oil and dirt build up or if you're on Test you can get them from that
Just get a back scrubber thing and change your sheets it'll go away

I do. I have always had a little bit of bacne from time to time, nothing crazy. As far as the stray hairs, I just tweez them. Its somewhat annoying and tedious, but its better than my back turning into the underbelly of an armadillo.
